As the original founders of Landtech, Inc,. Tom Staudt, P.E. and Paul Kwan have made a conscious and calculated decision to restructure ownership with the acquisition of the civil engineering division. Effective February 24, 2020, surveying will be the primary service focus of Landtech, Inc., with Paul Kwan as the sole owner. Below Paul shares his perspective on the corporate restructure.
Based on my long-held personal desire for Lantech, Inc. to remain independently owned, employee focused and to operate with a personal touch that our clients have come to expect, I plan to retain our company’s culture and continue to lead, ensuring the least amount of change for all our stakeholders.
Landtech’s 70+ remaining surveying, accounting, and marketing personnel will stay on at their current respective locations in Houston and El Paso, Texas. We will continue to operate jsut as we have for over three decades. With this transition, I will foser new leadership within our personnel resources, capitalize on survey technology, and continue to focus on efficiency and profitability supported by the simplification of our operating model.
Our relationship with Landtech’s stakeholders are the most important thing to me. You are the reason this company has existed and will continue to exist. I thank you for all your support, insight, and trust.
